Assistant Manager (ASCM)

Location: Nanaimo & Parksville

Responsibilities:

• Operational Excellence: Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of our auto service center.
• Team Leadership: Motivate and guide our skilled technicians and customer service staff.
• Customer Satisfaction: Deliver top-notch service that keeps our clients coming back.
• Inventory Management: Oversee parts inventory, ordering, and restocking.
• Quality Control: Ensure repairs meet high standards and safety regulations.
• Sales Support: Assist in promoting services and upselling to customers.

Qualifications:

• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with auto repair processes and parts.
• Customer-Centric Attitude: Passion for providing excellent service.
• Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented and adept at multitasking.

Weekly Hours Worked: Full Time Role 40 to 45 Hours Weekly

Pay Scale: Open to Negotiation - dependent upon the candidate and qualifications

Bonus program: Monthly manager bonus program based on performance.

Experience Required: Minimum 2 Year Shop Experience & Leadership Experience
